All RIDL products are handmade in our workshop in Chernihiv, Ukraine, and shipped directly from Ukraine via DHL.

Free shipping

We offer free shipping to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland and the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden).

Processing time

Every order is made or finished by hand, including personalization. Please allow 1–5 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. You will receive a DHL tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Estimated delivery time

Delivery to the United States and Europe usually takes 12–14 days after dispatch. Delivery to other countries may take longer. All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance.

Customs, duties and taxes

Prices on our website do not include import duties, customs fees or local taxes. These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. They may be collected by DHL before or upon delivery. If you refuse to pay them and the parcel is returned to us, the original shipping cost and any return fees may be deducted from your refund.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated time, contact us at ridlltiktok@gmail.com and we will help resolve it.
