RIDL – the best for Rider
My name is Andrey. I have been making leather goods for 13 years, and I can say with confidence that this is my life's work.
The main hobby of my life is motorcycles: motorcycle travel on a BMW GS through different countries, enduro in the mountains, and a Harley-Davidson in the city. This is my lifestyle. I combined my craft and my hobby, and that's how the RIDL brand was born.
How it started
When I was 9 years old, my father took me to the market to buy a leather belt. There I saw a salesman, a biker-looking guy. He skillfully cut the thick leather with a boot knife and unscrewed the belt buckle. Then he took a revolving punch and made a couple of holes. That picture stayed with me as the image of a real, masculine, brutal craft.
When I turned 19, I made my first leather belt. Since then I have put my soul into every product and every stitch, carefully working through every detail.

RIDL is not a reseller. Every wallet, bag and accessory is cut, stitched and finished by hand in our own workshop in Chernihiv, Ukraine, using the tools you see in these photos.
Most pieces are made to order within 1–5 business days, and personalization is added right here before your order ships. Since 2020, we have completed more than 6,900 orders for riders and travelers around the world on Etsy.
