Production time

Every RIDL piece is handmade to order in our workshop in Chernihiv, Ukraine. Please allow 1–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Product personalization

Many RIDL products can be personalized with engraving:

  • Text engraving: initials, a name or a short message in Candara font.
  • Motorcycle logo: choose from our available designs. Email us at ridlltiktok@gmail.com to check which logos are available.
  • Custom logo: have your own design? We can engrave it for an additional $20 for the engraving plate.

How to order engraving

  1. Select the engraving option on the product page (the engraving price, if any, is shown in the option).
  2. Enter your text in the Personalize field, or describe the logo you want in the order notes.

Delivery

Free shipping on every order

Each item is made to order in 1–5 business days and then shipped from our workshop in Ukraine.

Delivery to the United States and Europe usually takes 12–14 days after dispatch. Customs checks, holidays or carrier delays can occasionally add time.

You can easily track your RIDL order on our website by visiting the “Chat” page. Simply enter your tracking details to follow your item’s journey from our workshop to your doorstep. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs and inspection processes in different countries, but our tracking system ensures you’re always informed every step of the way.
